We will gladly exchange or refund if the extensions are unopened and returned.

once we receive your package we will inspect the return.

after we inspect and the hair is unworn, we will then ship the correct shipment, or issue a refund. The extensions must be in original packaging and unworn.

All of our extensions are double drawn! what does that mean? it means that the hair is full from weft to ends, minimizes shedding and tangling and designed to last. All of the cuticles are aligned in the hair, so when a professional colors your bundles you will get great lift, with little to no shedding and impeccable shine. Our Hair is raw, so no extra chemicals. the hair is then steamed processed to give you the curl pattern you desire.  Once the item has shipped it is no longer our responsibility and if you have shipping issues please refer to the shipping company.
